Boston Personal Trainer Ab Exercise Demonstration

Here’s an exercise that I demonstrated at my boston personal training studio, Stephen Cabra Studio.
It’s called a side plank or side bridge and is an excellent way to work your abs, obliques, and entire core!

Boston’s Best Personal Trainers

After realizing that many people in the Boston community don’t know where to turn to find the best personal trainers in Boston, I knew I had to come up with an answer.
Here’s what I did to solve the questions of who are, “Boston’s Best Personal Trainers?”
What I did was survey clients, personal trainers, and coaches all around the Greater Boston area to come up with the first complete list of Boston’s Best Personal Trainers who meet these qualifications:
1. They must have at least 3 years of full-time experience
2. They must be certified through ACSM, NASM, ACSM or have an exercise science degree
3. They must have a proven track record for getting clients results
Although I had many more criteria that each certified personal trainer must meet, I do want you to know that by only working with the top three organizations above already narrowed down the field to a select few.
No matter who you choose as your Boston-based personal trainer I highly recommend you ask them what their qualifications are and who they are certified through. If it wasn’t through one of the NCCA nationally-accredited organizations that I listed above, I would be a little hesitant about being their guinea pig…
